The launch pack is free. Paid setup services run through NOWPayments hosted invoices. Refund handling depends on invoice status, provider fees, and whether review or launch work has already started.
Setup review
Refund before review work starts. Once the review artifact is delivered, the service is complete.
Managed launch
Scope and refund terms should be agreed in writing before payment because campaign work depends on operator assets and account access.
